If you decide to build a home that is good for your mental health, get together with your family and tell them your little secrets. Starting too enthusiastically can make team members uneasy, so start with the basics and start with a carefree family discussion. If you let them know that you are worried about keeping your mind healthy, they will find that you are also a participant, not dictating. Tell them you want to be healthy. Start a Plan of Action

One of the most important things in building a home that is good for your mental health is not telling you what should happen or not. Invite your family to participate in decision-making from the beginning. Freedom and creativity are granted by allowing families to participate in and contribute to decision making. Instead of  taking out all the cookies and cakes in a cheeky way in the first place, try  something new. You are creative and can even let your child choose a color and even add food based on that color. For example, if you select green, you can add it as follows:

That way, it's more fun  than chores. Adding and creating your own healthy dip is a great way to involve the whole family.
